My daughter begged for this app and I paid for it and several stories at .99 each, but if she doesnt listen to them for a few nights, we have to update each story and most times it does not download. She gets frustrated and ends up just listening to the free stories on the podcast. Im not sure why I am paying for an app, THEN a buck each story only to be able to hear them a couple of times each. I wrote to the developer; will update my rating if it improves. Ive had this app through iPhone 4s, 5c, and 6 and have had the same problem.

This app worked wonderfully for me. The stories are terrific and I had no trouble at all with the download.

Ive been using SH for a couple of years and found it invaluable for car rides & bedtime. For the last several months the dozens of stories I bought have been locked up in update/download mode. After trying to remove/re-add the app to fix the bugs, all the stories are gone. Until support improves, this app is useless.
